Fulfillment Policy

‍1. Service Delivery Timeframes

Services are provided on a monthly basis, starting on the 1st of each month. Deliverables are completed by the end of that month. If a client signs up after the 10th, the project starts on the 1st of the following month.

2. Scope of Services

Services include link building, SEO audits, and ongoing SEO consulting. The SEO audit is a one-time service providing an analysis of the client’s SEO status, while ongoing consulting is a monthly add-on for further support.

3. Project Initiation

Clients sign up via a payment link and pay the first invoice. They gain access to the client portal and meet their account manager, who schedules an onboarding call to discuss project details and begins planning and executing the service.

4. Client Communication

Communication is via email or the client portal. Usual response time is within 24 hours. Clients receive monthly updates on project progress and can initiate communication at any time.

5. Payment Terms

Services are either one-time payments or subscriptions, with the initial payment required upfront before project commencement.

6. Service Modifications

Clients can modify the project focus or adjust budgets at any time. Cancellations require a 30-day notice period.

7. Deliverables

Link building deliverables include a list of all links built with meta information such as domain ratings. SEO audit deliverables vary, including keyword analysis and internal linking analysis.

8. Revisions and Approvals

While revisions are not typically required, if a client is unhappy with a link, it can be replaced or modified. The approach is client-friendly, focusing on good communication and goal alignment.

9. Project Completion

Link building projects conclude when the client decides to end the service. SEO consulting projects have a clear scope of work outlined before starting, varying by client.

10. Client Support

Clients have continuous access to their account manager via the portal or email. The account manager provides guidance and feedback throughout the project.

11. Refund Policy

• If a client is completely dissatisfied and replacing or modifying deliverables is not an option, a refund for the current month may be offered at the company’s discretion.

12. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and is not shared with any third parties.

13. Service Agreement

A standard service agreement is required for all clients, agreed upon during sign-up or manually signed.

14. Case Studies and Portfolio

Case studies are published anonymously or with written client permission.
